REVENUE BOOST FROM $25K TO $92K IN NINE MONTHS
In April 2022, brand established a promising partnership with Ecom Brainly to boost their brand’s presence on Amazon. Over a dedicated period of nine (09) months, we implemented a carefully crafted strategy that yielded impressive results.
Initially working together for four months, brand took the initiative in letting EB take over their entire brand management to further escalate the growth of the business. It took us overall nine (09) months to further escalate the brand. Here is our strategy how we achieved results?
Brand Listing Overhaul
We started with A-Z product listing creation and optimization with few new products. The listings of Amazon were scattered, disorganized and a few suppressed listings. We did proper Amazon search engine optimization and ensure that flavors and all sizes had SEO optimized listings.We also helped to develop new business ideas and product ideas to increase traffic and conversion.
Marketing Strategy
We started with Amazon PPC optimization with the main keywords, competitors, category, video and defensive targeting to avoid customers window shopping in other listings. We continuously created amazon posts to boost our brand awareness and sales. We did Inventory management to maintain a healthy IPI score. We set up external traffic to boost sales and rankings.
The Results
Started with Listing creation and optimization and building & updating brand store to be coherent with brand’s online store.
- Conversion rate (CVR) improved from an average of 24% to 18%.
- ACOS stayed under 30% with reduced CPA.
- Monthly orders surged from an average of 1800 to 5500.
- Average monthly revenue soared from $25,000 to $92,000, a remarkable 268% increase.
