Amazon Listing Image Design, A+ & Brand Story

56% of shoppers check product images first when they land on a product page. We design the main image for high CTR, then build the rest of the image stack, Seamless A+ Content and Brand Story to explain the product clearly.

The main image gets attention. The rest of the creative covers the details shoppers need before they buy.

See the Difference

Better Amazon product images start with deciding what deserves space in the frame, what needs explaining and what can be left out.

Every image should tell the shopper something new about the product.

What We Create

Main images, listing images, Brand Story and A+ appear in different parts of the detail page. We plan them together so the full listing looks consistent instead of pieced together by different designers.

Main Image Concepts

Three directions based on category search results, product scale, angle, packaging and included accessories. We compare the options before choosing the final main image.

Amazon listing images icon

Listing Images

A planned mix of infographics, lifestyle images, dimensions, close-ups and comparisons, with a clear reason for every image in the stack.

Seamless A+ Content icon

Seamless A+ Content

A long master design that is split into Amazon-ready modules after the full page is approved, so the transitions line up from top to bottom.

Amazon Brand Story icon

Amazon Brand Story

Brand Story cards that introduce the brand, show related products and link shoppers to the Amazon Store or other ASINs.

Amazon Listing Image Design

The main image is there to get the click. After that, the image stack should quickly show benefits, size, use, materials and what comes with the product.

Main imageDesigned for search results and high CTR
InfographicsTurn product benefits into quick, readable visuals
LifestyleShow the product in use, at the right scale and with the right customer
Close-upsShow materials, finish, parts and details that are easy to miss
ComparisonCompare sizes, models or features when that helps the choice
DimensionsMake size, fit and measurements easy to judge
If two images say the same thing, one of them is probably wasting space. We give every image a specific purpose.

Amazon Main Image Design

Amazon gives us a strict white-background framework. Product scale, angle, crop, packaging and included accessories still change how your ASIN looks beside competing listings.

Three main image concepts

We try different scales, angles, crops, packaging treatments and accessory layouts before choosing the final direction.

Designed in the category context

We review the search results first and design the image in the context where customers will actually see it.

Seamless Amazon A+ Content

Our Amazon A+ Content design starts as one long page. Once the master is approved, we split it into the modules your account can publish.

Backgrounds, product placement and visual elements continue from one module into the next. The finished A+ page reads like a single design from top to bottom.

Each module covers a real buying question: how the product works, what it is made from, how big it is, what is included, how it compares or why a feature matters.

What We Use A+ Content For

A+ gives us more room than the listing image stack. We use it for product details that are easier to understand with a larger visual, a comparison or a short explanation.

Show what is hard to see

Internal parts, materials, construction, fit, setup and small product details get more room here than they do in the image stack.

Answer common product questions

Size, compatibility, care, setup, use and what comes in the box can all be explained visually before the shopper leaves to look elsewhere.

Make comparisons easier

Comparison modules can make sizes, models and feature differences clear without turning the page into a table of tiny text.

Keep the page visually consistent

Type, colors, product treatment and spacing stay consistent so the listing feels like it came from the same brand from top to bottom.

Basic A+ and Premium A+

We use the module set available in your account and plan the Amazon A+ Content design around it.

Basic A+ Up to 5 modules

  • Image and text layouts for deeper product explanation
  • Comparison charts for products within the brand
  • Designed around Amazon's Basic A+ module limits
  • Seamless direction adapted to the available module structure
  • Useful for brands with Basic A+ access

Premium A+ Up to 7 modules

  • Larger image areas for more visual product detail
  • Options such as video, hotspots, carousels and enhanced comparisons
  • More room to build a long seamless composition
  • Separate desktop and mobile planning for each chosen module
  • Module selection based on what the product actually needs
Our $500 Seamless A+ package is built around the account you have. For Premium A+, that can include up to 7 connected modules. If the account only has Basic A+, we adapt the same creative direction to Amazon's Basic A+ limit of up to 5 modules.

Amazon Brand Story

Amazon Brand Story appears in the From the brand section. We use it to introduce the brand, show related products and give shoppers a direct path to the Store or other ASINs.

The cards stay short and visual. A shopper should be able to understand the brand and browse the product range without reading a company biography.

Copy Written for the Image

We write the headline and support copy while the image is being designed, so the words fit the layout instead of being squeezed in at the end.

Say the useful thing first

The main benefit should be clear before the shopper gets to the smaller supporting copy.

Keep one main message

One headline, a short support line when needed and enough room for the product to stay visually important.

Use supportable claims

Performance, ingredient and product claims stay tied to information the brand can support and Amazon can approve.

Check the mobile version

We shorten, resize and reflow copy where the smaller mobile canvas needs a different treatment.

How We Design the Page

We review the ASIN, product information, customer reviews and competing listings first. That gives us the questions the creative needs to answer.

Multiple Colors or Variations

For a simple color, finish, size or pack variation, we reuse the approved creative system and adapt the existing image set for $100. Variations with different features, accessories, packaging or selling points are quoted separately.

$240 $100 per additional simple variation · lower than the common $240 agency add-on

Photography, advanced 3D modeling, custom human or pet shoots, complex product reconstruction, extra Brand Story cards and unusually different child-ASIN variations are quoted separately. Crossed prices are average market rates for similar scopes, not a claim that every agency charges the same amount. We confirm the scope before design starts.

Amazon Creative FAQs

Questions sellers usually ask before starting listing images, A+ Content or Brand Story

Send the ASIN, product details, packaging or label files, logo and the best product photos you have. Supplier photos can work too. If there is a feature, accessory or selling point that is easy to miss, tell us before we plan the image stack.
Yes. We can retouch, cut out, composite and rebuild existing assets when the source quality is usable. If the photos are too small, blurry or missing an angle we need, we will tell you before the design starts.
Yes. The standard package includes 7 listing images and 3 main-image concepts, but we can quote a smaller or larger image stack when the product needs something different.
Yes. Amazon's main image is shown in search and has stricter requirements, including a pure white background and a clear view of the product being sold. Secondary images have more room for lifestyle scenes, infographics, dimensions, close-ups and feature explanations, subject to the category rules.
Yes. We use the A+ type available in your account. Basic A+ supports up to 5 modules, while Premium A+ supports up to 7 and gives us additional module types such as video, hotspots, carousels and enhanced comparisons.
Amazon shows Premium access inside A+ Content Manager when the brand is eligible. Amazon's current criteria include a published Brand Story across the brand-owned catalog and at least 5 approved A+ projects in the previous 12 months.
Yes. Mobile is included in our Seamless A+ package. We adjust text size, crop, product placement and spacing for the smaller canvas rather than treating mobile as a simple crop of the desktop design.
Yes. Brand Story can include cards that link shoppers to other products in the brand and to the Amazon Store. We plan those cards around the catalog so the links are useful rather than added only to fill space.
We design the long master first, split it into Amazon-ready modules and then rejoin the exported modules before delivery. That final check catches broken backgrounds, shifted products and visible joins.
